Hannover Germany -- A workshop "Laser processing of glass materials" will take place online for the first time on 2-3 December, 2020. The additive manufacturing of glass by laser welding will also be one of the topics at the 10th glass workshop by blz and LZH.

For the tenth time, Bayerisches Laserzentrum GmbH (blz) and Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH) are hosting the joint workshop on laser processing of glass materials on December 2nd and 3rd, 2020.

In order to enable uncomplicated participation in times of the corona pandemic, this year the event will take place online for the first time on two mornings.

Topics

Additive manufacturing, series production and architectural glass are the main topics of the anniversary workshop.

Further topics are: laser welding and the use of lasers in dentistry. On two mornings, participants can expect twelve lectures from business and science.

"Laser meets glass" - live chat for networking Under the motto “Laser meets glass”, the participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas in a live chat during the breaks.

Those interested who register by Friday, November 20, 2020, will receive a small anniversary surprise package in good time before the event.
